  • No evaluation can guarantee favorable findings or immigration case success

  • Fees are due for services rendered regardless of evaluation findings or case outcome

Confidentiality

Dr. Fisher complies with HIPAA. However, forensic evaluations are not confidential psychotherapy. Reports are shared with referring attorneys and immigration authorities as part of legal proceedings.
