I integrate the testing results, interview, and records into objective, empirically supported findings.

Report delivery

The report is completed and sent to the attorney.

Dr. Joseph Fisher, PsyD

I earned my doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from Widener University, with specialized training in test administration, measurement, and forensic psychology. Over the past 20 years I have conducted more than 450 psychological evaluations for immigration proceedings.

Over my career I have conducted and supervised thousands of evaluations across the lifespan — including diverse populations, complex trauma histories, and cross-cultural assessments — and mentored doctoral students and early-career psychologists in forensic evaluation methodology.
